If you would like to learn more about meditation with a teacher with over 25 years experience, explore different ways of meditating and learn some new techniques you feel comfortable with and can fit into your routine at home and work, then this relaxing, regenerating and revitalising weekend is for you!
Experience several different meditation techniques to discover which is the most effective. Over the weekend you will experience many forms using breath, awareness, movement, sound, chanting, mantras, mudras and guided visualisation.
Develop simple, enjoyable new skills to use in your daily life to help you become and remain more calm, relaxed, focused and energised.
Some sessions will be optional to enable you to tailor the weekend to your own requirements. Tune into what feels right and have fun. You might prefer to stroll along one of the 8 beaches within 15 minutes drive or pop down to the headland to spot dolphins. Or sit in the calm green stillness of the forest.
