Kealakekua Bay on the beautiful sunny Cona Coast of Big Island, Hawaii, is the famous bay where the spinner dolphins come in to rest during the day. Our retreat house is within 100 feet of the kayak launch point and right at the best dolphin watching, swimming and snorkelling in the whole of Hawaii if not the world. As we will be there at the height of whale season we may encounter the incredible humpback whales and if we are really fortunate, perhaps even receive a sound bath of the whale song while we are in the water with the dolphins!

Our home for the week is in its own tropical grounds where we can help ourselves to exotic fruits straight from the trees and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves, whispering the promise of yet more magical Delphic encounters the next day…..
The house has a hot tub (caldera spa) and inside and outside living and dining areas. Each morning we will have free time to watch, swim or kayak with the dolphins before lunch. (Or you might prefer to relax and sunbathe, visit the nearby Manini Beach or arrange a traditional Lomi Lomi massage.) Our delicious vegetarian meals will be prepared with love by a dedicated local chef from fresh, organic local produce which has been sustainable produced. (See the sample menus below, together with Mona’s “Kitchen Prayer.”)
My vision for this week is that you not only have the most amazing holiday with memories to treasure forever, but that you bathe in the magical and powerful energies of Hawaii intertwined with the highest teaching to take you along the path of your dreams, fulfilling as yet unrealised potential and tapping into more of that as yet unrealised 97% of your full being.
Hawaii must be one of the most powerful places on the planet to attune to the Lemurian energies! Diana Cooper says, “At the fall of Atlantis the High Priest Hermes took his tribe to Hawaii where they became Kahunas, bringing the dolphin link with them. There is wonderful energy in Hawaii as it contains wisdom from Lemuria as well as Atlantis. The cosmic portal here, in which the great crystal of Lemuria is held, is already beginning to open. It is starting to spread Lemurian wisdom and healing, like rays of light around the world.”

We will also receive deep, lasting and profound healing ourselves. Through the week you will have the opportunity to raise your vibration, clear old patterns and release blocks to realising your highest potential on earth at this time. Working with the angels, unicorns, dolphins and Lemurian crystals and energies you will ignite, anchor and activate the highest spiritual and ascension energies into your system, enabling you to move forward on your unique spiritual path and integrate the healing on physical as well as the energetic and spiritual levels. We will do all this with dolphin energy – easily, effortlessly, joyfully, playfully and lovingly, listening to what feels right, flowing with the current and the pod in harmonious unity while simultaneously listening to, honouring and nurturing our individual needs and processes.
We are very
close to one of Hawaii’s most sacred sites - Pu'uhonua O Honaunau, or the ‘Place
of Refuge,’ which we will visit. In past times when someone broke the law there
was only one punishment – death. However, if they made it to the Place of Refuge
and stayed there for a year they were considered cleansed of their transgression
and could return to Hawaiian society.
It is very peaceful, has strong ‘Mana’ (energy,) beautiful sunsets, sea turtles, often dolphins and shore based whale watching. A little further away are black sand beaches and lava pools.
RETREAT CONTENT
Angel
Healing
Working with the angelic realms and 7th dimensional beings we will
‘prepare the ground’ in preparation for the dolphin and Lemurian healing. You
will learn how to connect with the 3 spheres of angelic realms and receive and
learn to channel angelic energies to give a hands on Angel Healing session.
Working with the Archangels, we will raise the frequency of our chakras to the 4th and 5th dimensional energy. We will anchor the transpersonal chakras above the head and below the feet, activating the 12 chakra system. This will raise your vibration, increase your energy and expand your light. It will be an excellent prelude to working with the Delphic and Lemurian energies and will maximise the potential inherent in the dolphin healing.
Dolphin Healing
Dolphin healing can take many forms including attunement, Delphic alignment,
hands on & sound healing, meditation, dreams, energetic transference and
harmonic resonance.
Dolphins are unique amongst the higher dimensional beings in that aspects of them regularly incarnate in physical bodies. When the circumstances are right, their higher aspects work with us for our healing and ascension by illuminating,
igniting and activating our cosmic soul points and aligning our higher energy systems both with the physical realms and the higher realms.
On a practical level, what this does is assists us to live the life we were born for. The effects of dolphin and whale healing can be like comparing a sonata being played by just one instrument to it being played by the full orchestra. They assist us to reconnect with the full backing for the song of our life.
The dolphin healing gradually “lights up” our higher aspects enabling us to expand spiritually and multi dimensionally, it promotes realignment, ignition and activation of our energetic connections while simultaneously living more fully in the physical body. Powerful stuff! Although the work they do is often beyond our conscious awareness, the results are often not. We express the Delphic qualities of pure play, enlightenment, joie de vivre, being comfortable in our own skin, living fully in the body, conscious sensuality & serenity while being in the eternal now, now, now, effortlessly shedding that which doesn’t belong and holding only that which is truly ours, which makes our heart sing.
If any of the following apply to you it indicates that you have a dolphin
connection,
that they may be calling you to work with them:
· If you dream about dolphins
· If they appear in your meditations or healings
· If you sometimes sense them around you, or perhaps you hear them
· If you have spent time in the company of cetaceans, (this may have been in childhood,) If you long to spend time in their company
· If you work for them in some way, e.g. in research, conservation or if you have stood up for their rights and work towards their welfare in any way, e.g. promoting awareness of the tuna-dolphin connection or whaling. This will have involved some ACTION. Even if it was just signing a petition. Agreeing with conservation and being against whaling, for example, in themselves are not enough. There has to be action taken.
· If you see dolphins often – both seeing what is actually there, i.e. noticing dolphins on tee shirts, in pictures, on stickers, etc. and also “seeing” them in clouds, patterns on a carpet, in ripples on water, etc.
The Dolphin Healing we will experience this week is from the Whale and Dolphin Healing and Ascension Programme.
Lemurian Healing
Lemurian healing energy is a wonderful pure flowing vibration.
Diana Cooper describes it as being ten times the power of Reiki. The Lemurian
age was a golden age similar to Atlantis, however while the Atlanteans were mind
and technology based, the Lemurians were heart based, harmonious and highly
developed spiritually.
Lemurians were
able to draw down the light and love of Source through the cosmic heart and
project it into the earth. They seeded the earth with crystals which were
programmed to hold the highest vibration for our use now - at this cusp of
cosmic opportunity and change. Like the dolphin beings, they worked collectively
as one energy source.
The power of this collective energy created a vast healing light force which
worked throughout the universe to heal all levels. When we raise our vibration
we can attune to this energy and work collectively to heal our planet, ourselves
and beyond. The Lemurian crystals are key to this healing. You will be provided
with a beautiful Lemurian crystal to use, but you are welcome to bring your own
crystals if you would prefer.
You are likely to be drawn to the Lemurian energy if you have a deep love and respect for nature. The unicorns also work very closely with this healing and their presence is often very palpable. There also a strong link between Lemuria and the dolphins. Many people believe that the early Lemurians were instructed by the Blue Dolphins from Sirius.

Certification:
Each
participant will receive a RTC Hawaiian Healing Retreat certificate. You will
also be able to teach the Lemurian Healing Course to others after the retreat if
you are already a teacher for the Diana Cooper School. If not, it is recommended
that you take the 3 day DCS Foundation Module before you teach the course to
others. This can be taken with any of the Diana Cooper School teachers. If
enough people on the retreat would like to do it I can offer the 3 day course in
Hawaii before our retreat. Otherwise I run them regularly in Scotland.
People attending the optional Meta Healing weekend will receive a Metamorphic Association certificate and will be eligible for insurance from IPTI.

DEPOSITS
There is a £500 deposit which can be paid in 2
stages –
an initial £200 payable with booking form, and the balance of £300 due 4 weeks
later.
The remaining £750 of the course fee is due by the 1st of November.
EXTENSIONS
1. Optional Extension ~ Meta Healing (Cost $195 for course and lunches)
There is the opportunity to delve deeper into your transformation and attend a Meta Healing (Metamorphic Technique) course on the following Saturday and Sunday, where the focus is on your womb time, birth and point of conception, (where all the potential is in essence, but doesn’t always make the leap to manifestation.) It will be very powerful to conclude our dolphin time with womb time – from the waters of the ocean to the waters of our formative period where all our patterns stem from. The Meta & dolphin combination seems to quicken both transformational aspects! The Meta course will be held in Halemalu, (The Place of Peace,) Captain Cook, which is 20 minutes drive away. Transport will be provided for retreat participants and accommodation there or at the next hotel, The Manago, is very reasonable. Here is a review of Halemalu;
2. Optional Extension ~ DCS Foundation Course (Cost £300)
Together with your Retreat, this 3 day Teacher Training will allow you to spread the Lemurian Healing by teaching others. You will receive the Diana Cooper School Lemurian Healing Teacher’s Certificate on completion of the Foundation Course and the Retreat. We will hold the Foundation course on Maui before the retreat. Maui is the Hawaiian Island which has the densest whale population in season. I specifically want to visit it in at this time of year as I was told when I was last there that in February the sea is “like whale soup!” There will be the opportunity to have 2 whale trips while we are there, possibly one daytime and one sunset.
