The
Mastership Programme
provides you with the skills, techniques, practices and experiences to raise
your vibration, expand your Lightbody, balance the body energies and
strengthen & expand your healing abilities.
Throughout the programme you
will have opportunities to release blocks to fulfilling your highest
potential, dissolve personal and ancestral karma and work on any relevant
issues that stand in the way of your fulfilling your highest potential on
earth at this time - with confidence, ease and joy.
The
techniques and practices you learn are designed to be clearing and
strengthening
on all levels – spiritual, physical, energetic and emotional
in order to assist you to find greater happiness, success, health and
confidence, no matter what your path is, even if you have no current
intention of becoming a Reiki Teacher.
The Programme involves a system
of continuous training and development over an extended period of time,
usually several months. This allows for a much greater depth of growth and
transformation. Rather than one rise to a new level, you make several as you
integrate and assimilate each vibrational shift before you move on. It is
designed to assist you to make the transformation from student to Master on
all levels and as such affords a major opportunity for spiritual growth &
advancement as well as personal & professional development.
 Although you will be taught all
the knowledge and information that you need to know on a practical level,
the deeper intention of the training is to assist you to grow into your full
power and potential to realise and move into the Light that is within you.
As such you will become more radiant & magnetic to potential clients and
students and your capacity to assist them on their path will be deepened and
expanded both physically, energetically and etherically.
You will be offered
the optional opportunity of using the forum of the Reiki Support Groups to
step gently into your role as Master by assisting with the Reiki II
practical sessions.
On completion of the Programme, you will be given the
opportunity to sit in on and observe a Reiki I and II class in preparation
for your own teaching.
You will receive comprehensive
notes throughout the course, the William Rand Reiki III Manual and the RTC
Master Teacher Certificate. You will be invited to join the RTC Register and
use the letters RTCMT after your name. The investment in the training is
£950. The initial deposit is £200, with the balance being paid at the
first weekend or on a monthly basis throughout the training.
Essential pre-requisites are
that you feel a strong commitment to the Reiki energy, that you are at Reiki
II level or above and that you have been giving yourself Reiki regularly for
a minimum of a year. Since becoming a Reiki Master also entails
responsibility towards others, it is important that you are committed to
your own healing path and are prepared to work on yourself with honesty,
integrity, truth and courage. After all, we can only lead others where we
have been ourselves.
The exact content
of each programme will vary somewhat according to the group, as the
aim is to give you exactly what you need in order to blossom into a
confident empowered and successful Reiki Master!
With some groups we spend more time on the practical skills, sometimes there
is a more of a focus on personal healing & clearing in order to allow your
light to shine more brightly and sometimes there is more of a focus on the
higher spiritual aspects of the Reiki Master’s role.
I gratefully listen to the guidance of my wonderful support network. At the
human level what I can do for you is limited, but by listening to my higher
wisdom the shifts we can achieve together can be miraculous. For example, in
the 2009 programme, we changed one morning’s scheduled programme as we were
all gifted an incredible dolphin attunement which left us in bliss for an
hour or more and awakened our higher spiritual anatomy.
So, what exactly will your Master programme be like? I don’t know yet, and
won’t until the group forms and we begin to work together. But I am
committed to making it the best experience it can be for you to see you step
into your power, open your heart to yourself and others, and to give you the
tools, skills and activations to empower you to work at your highest level
as a Reiki Master, so that your future work is empowered, effective,
successful and so that your unique gifts are revealed and expanded to bless
not only yourself and your own life, but the whole world.
